Case Management Services

The Case Management program of CCSI helps individuals, families and senior citizens to secure or maintain basic necessities such as housing, food, heat/electricity, access to health care services, etc.  Our services and range of knowledge are broad with a focus on eviction prevention/housing stabilization services, utility stabilization, emergency food resources and substance abuse recovery services.   We accomplish this through advocacy, providing information, making referrals, helping to navigate the complex system of public benefits, helping to complete applications, providing emergency goods (such as food and coats), and by helping to apply for relief grants when applicable.
