Supplemental Day Hab/After School Programs
Our center-based supplemental day habilitation program serves children and young adults aged seven and above with various developmental disabilities. Our highly trained staff work with each individual in learning how to: make new friends while learning appropriate socialization skills, become as independent as possible while working on learning various vocational skills, academic skills, and everyday living skills, participate in various events such as weekly fitness classes, summer formal, cooking classes and holiday parties. Come learn and grow in a loving, fun and caring environment.

Anderson Avenue Senior Center
The programs provide nutritious meals, exercise, art and culture programs, recreational activities, and health services to Staten Islanders age 60+. Meals are healthy and made fresh. Transportation to the centers is provided upon availability. Social Service Case Assistance is offered to members to help maintain benefits, services and resources.

Case Management Services
The Case Management program of CCSI helps individuals, families and senior citizens to secure or maintain basic necessities such as housing, food, heat/electricity, access to health care services, etc. Our services and range of knowledge are broad with a focus on eviction prevention/housing stabilization services, utility stabilization, emergency food resources and substance abuse recovery services. We accomplish this through advocacy, providing information, making referrals, helping to navigate the complex system of public benefits, helping to complete applications, providing emergency goods (such as food and coats), and by helping to apply for relief grants when applicable.

Food Pantry/Mobile Pantry Plus
Food insecurity in our borough is growing, CCSI offers an in person food pantry as well as our mobile pantry plus options to address the needs of our community.

Residential Programs

SEMP Program
Provides job coaching and other work related supports needed to individuals who are currently employed in the competitive workforce. The program provides support and additional training as needed to help ensure employment is maintained.

West Brighton Senior Center

Day Habilitation
CCSI Day Habilitation Without Walls program provides services and opportunities to recent graduates, and other young adults with developmental disabilities. All participants work in a group community based setting, allowing them to become more independent, create new friendships and foster positive social skills within the community. The program is affiliated with various volunteer worksites within the community, to help each participant learn various job skills to assist in obtaining gainful employment. The program strives to help each participant become an active member of their community, engage in services based on each individual’s needs, preferences and goals, while feeling respected, heard and valued .
