Older Adult Centers
Catholic Charities of Staten Island offers a variety of enjoyable activities and quality services to Staten Islanders aged 60 and above. Membership is free and the benefits of attending a center include socializing and making friends, fostering hobbies and exploring new interests, engaging in a variety of exercise and wellness programming, taking excursions and trips, receiving social service help in a welcoming and convenient manner, and eating fresh, healthy, and delicious meals.
Community & Social Service Programs
Catholic Charities of Staten Island helps Staten Islanders who are struggling to maintain necessities such as food, safe and affordable housing, essential utilities, and more. We can help access goods and grants, navigate public benefit programs, provide referrals to community resources, etc.
Tender Care Early Childhood Education Programs
Catholic Charities of Staten Island’s Tender Care Preschool provides safe, affordable, high-quality childcare on the Mount Loretto Campus. We offer a developmentally appropriate and nurturing environment for children between the ages of 2 and 5 years old.
Programs for Individuals with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities
Catholic Charities of Staten Island offers a variety of programs designed to enrich the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including day habilitation, vocational support, and residential services.
